Senior Consultant – UI/UX Design | Mobile AI | Hong Kong Location: Hong Kong | Practice Area : Banking & Payments | Design intuitive mobile experiences that make complex AI capabilities simple, engaging, and valuable for users. The Role We are looking for a Senior Consultant-level UI/UX Designer to join our Hong Kong team. You will lead UI/UX design activities across the mobile product lifecycle, translating complex AI capabilities and business requirements into simple, intuitive and engaging digital experiences. You will work closely with Product, Business, Technology and AI/Engineering teams to shape user journeys, establish effective design patterns and deliver high-quality mobile experiences. This is a hands-on design role with the opportunity to influence both the user experience and target-state design outcomes, while facilitating strategic discussions with stakeholders around AI opportunities and solution priorities. What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end UI/UX design across the mobile AI product lifecycle, from user journeys and information architecture through to high-fidelity UI design. Translate complex business, user and AI requirements into simple, intuitive and engaging mobile experiences. Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs, establishing consistent design patterns and UI standards. Conduct user research and usability testing, incorporating feedback into iterative designs while partnering closely with Product, Engineering and AI teams. Present design concepts and recommendations to senior stakeholders, facilitating discussions around AI opportunities, solution priorities and target-state design outcomes. What We’re Looking For Strong hands-on UI/UX design experience at Senior Consultant level, with demonstrated expertise in mobile application design. A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product, interaction and user experience design. Proficiency with Figma and modern design and prototyping workflows. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across business, product, technology and engineering teams. Experience working effectively in agile, multidisciplinary environments, with an understanding of frameworks for assessing design approaches across user, business, technology and AI dimensions. Bonus Points For Experience designing AI-enabled or data-driven digital products. Experience defining design approaches and best practices for AI-driven user interactions. Experience working on complex mobile products within financial services or banking environments. Experience facilitating strategic design discussions with senior stakeholders.
