Senior Data Engineer

Employment: Full-time Experience level: Mid-Senior Level Job Description Inetum is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to support the development and operation of an enterprise data platform. The role will focus on data ingestion, transformation and delivery within a Microsoft Fabric ecosystem, ensuring reliable and governed data assets for analytics, operational reporting and Artificial Intelligence initiatives. Main Responsibilities Develop and operate data solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Azure. Build notebooks, pipelines and integration processes using PySpark and SQL. Support the integration of new systems into the enterprise data platform. Design and maintain data models and data processing solutions within Bronze, Silver and Gold architectures. Ensure the delivery of reliable and governed datasets for reporting, analytics and AI use cases. Implement and maintain CI/CD processes for Microsoft Fabric artefacts. Contribute to data quality, metadata management and data governance initiatives. Qualifications Develop and operate data solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Azure. Build notebooks, pipelines and integration processes using PySpark and SQL. Support the integration of new systems into the enterprise data platform. Design and maintain data models and data processing solutions within Bronze, Silver and Gold architectures. Ensure the delivery of reliable and governed datasets for reporting, analytics and AI use cases. Implement and maintain CI/CD processes for Microsoft Fabric artefacts. Contribute to data quality, metadata management and data governance initiatives. What You'll Bring More than 7 years of experience in Data Engineering or similar functions. Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure. Strong knowledge of PySpark, Spark SQL, Python and T-SQL. Experience with Data Lakehouse and Medallion Architecture. Knowledge of ETL/ELT patterns and data modelling. Experience with Data Quality, Data Lineage, Metadata Management and Master Data Management. Experience in data validation and acceptance testing. Additional Valued Experience Microsoft certifications such as DP-203, DP-600, DP-700 or AZ-900. Experience in data platform modernization projects. Telecommunications industry knowledge.
