As the Senior Director of Crossix Analytics Services, you will lead the services team for our Emerging Biotech portfolio. You’ll partner closely with our Sales and Strategy teams to build strong, long-term relationships with clients. Your main goal is to ensure we deliver excellent work that helps biotech companies use performance data to drive their marketing investments. While your primary focus is customer success, you will also lead the high-performing team responsible for these customers. This includes overseeing the hiring, development, and mentoring of analytics professionals to foster a culture of performance and excellent execution. You will also guide the team in evolving our engagement models, incorporating modern tools and data-driven insights for the AI-era.   This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week in the office.
