Senior Frontend Engineer

Our clients include SEB, NordVPN, and CarVertical. We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join a team developing secure, reliable, and user-friendly banking applications. What you’ll do Develop and maintain responsive, accessible, and high-performing web applications for the banking sector; Design scalable frontend solutions using React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript; Integrate frontend applications with secure REST APIs and backend services; Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and QA specialists; Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure reliable releases; Investigate and resolve performance, usability, compatibility, and production issues. Requirements 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development; Strong knowledge of React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS; Experience building responsive and accessible web applications; Good understanding of REST APIs, authentication, state management, and asynchronous data flows; Practical experience with frontend testing tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Playwright; Strong communication skills, a structured approach to problem-solving, and good spoken and written English. For contractors: 38 EUR to 42 EUR per hour (plus VAT).
