Senior Full Stack Developer

At the core of the role We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong background in backend development using Node.js and frontend development with ReactJS . In this role, you will contribute to the design , development, and evolution of digital products , building scalable and high-performing applications that deliver real business value. You will work across the entire software development lifecycle, from technical discovery and solution design to implementation, testing, deployment, and production support. You will have the opportunity to build modern cloud-native solutions, collaborate with product and technology stakeholders, and influence architectural decisions while working in an agile, innovation-driven environment. As part of the team, you will join a multidisciplinary squad composed of Software Engineers, Technical Leads, Product Owners, and UX specialists. The team is focused on delivering digital products and services that support business growth through modern architectures, intuitive user experiences, and continuous improvement practices. Collaboration, knowledge sharing, and ownership are key elements of the team's culture. Core skills you’ll bring 5+ years of experience developing applications with Node.js and ReactJS . Strong experience with NestJS, ExpressJS, and RESTful API development. Experience designing and developing microservices and/or event-driven architectures . Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications in cloud environments . Knowledge of NoSQL databases and scalable backend solutions . Experience with GitLab, including branching strategies, feature development, and hotfix management. Understanding of I nfrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts and modern software delivery practices. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Nice-to-have Experience working with AWS cloud services such as Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, Step Functions, and DynamoDB. Experience with Serverless Framework, Terraform, or other IaC tools. Strong knowledge of TypeScript. Experience with monitoring and observability platforms such as Datadog and Opsgenie . Background working in Agile environments and cross-functional product teams. Experience designing highly available, scalable, and resilient architectures. Collaborate with Technical Leads, Product Owners, and engineering teams to transform business requirements into effective technical solutions. Contribute to architectural decisions, continuous improvement initiatives, and the adoption of engineering best practices. Enhance application reliability through monitoring, troubleshooting, and proactive optimization efforts. Drive innovation by evaluating new technologies and sharing knowledge across teams.
