Senior IT Lawyer

Employment: Contract Experience level: Mid-Senior Level Job Description Provide legal support for the company’s operations in several jurisdictions  Provide legal support for investment activities  Draft and review all types of agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents  Advise on IP- and personal data-related matters  Assist Sales and other departments during the negotiation phase concerning contracts and approval phases of contracts with clients, partners, and suppliers  Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations  Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law  Proven track record and 5 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in IT)  Solid experience in commercial and civil law, including client agreements, tenders, and legal support of investments  Expertise in IP law  Detail-oriented mindset  At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English  Company Description We’re looking for a Senior IT Lawyer who thrives at the intersection of law and business.
