Senior IT Project Manager

Employment: Full-time Experience level: Executive Job Description As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will support an IT delivery team, managing small projects and cross-system Change Requests involving multiple technology areas. The role requires autonomy, strong stakeholder management and the ability to deliver results in complex and evolving environments. Main responsibilities Plan and deliver small IT projects, defining scope, required resources, team organisation and timelines. Manage the full lifecycle of cross-system Change Requests, from analysis and planning through execution, testing and delivery. Assess technical and functional impacts and coordinate alignment across the teams involved. Monitor risks, issues and outstanding actions, maintaining an accurate view of project status. Support ongoing transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. Promote good IT governance and Change Management practices. Follow established project management standards and templates. Provide constructive feedback and contribute to team improvement. Qualifications At least 6 years of project management experience. Solid knowledge of Information Systems management. High proficiency in managing system implementation processes with strong integration with market middleware. Knowledge of Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint, as well as SharePoint, Jira and Power BI. Strong organisation, communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. Ability to work autonomously and manage complex and stressful situations. Results orientation, critical thinking, flexibility and a continuous improvement mindset. Willingness to learn. Portuguese proficiency. Fluency in spoken and written English. Spoken and written Spanish is valued. Additional Valued Experience Experience with projects involving multiple system integrations. Consulting project experience. Previous experience in projects delivered in collaboration with the organization identified in the original brief.
