Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.   Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 3-10 years of professional experience in Java development. Demonstrated experience working on Java-based projects. Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Java Developer) are a plus.
