Senior .Net Engineer

We are looking for a Senior C# .Net Backend Engineer to help our client develop AI-powered applications for AI Governance, Enterprise Architecture, Business Architecture, IT Portfolio Management, Process Analysis and a Digital Twin of the Organization to provide a unified, real-time view of your enterprise operating model. Responsibilities: Collaborating with the Product Owner and the team to refine features, stories and acceptance criteria Working with C#, .Net Core in an Azure Microservice environment Working on performance optimization to speed up product response times Assist with data structuring Formulating solutions to technically challenging requirements Adhering to existing coding standards and practices, and working with other technical leads to continuously improve these Partaking in a culture of code reviewing and collaboration Attending team meetings such as daily stand-ups, retrospectives, planning, refinements, and technical discussions Partaking in presentations and code workshops Requirements: 5+ years of experience in C# .Net/Net Core SQL Server (T-SQL) Performance optimization Azure native technologies (i.e. App Services, Functions etc.) Integration and Unit Test experience supporting regular production releases Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and S.O.L.I.D principles Experience with Scrum and development in an agile environment Exposure to Micro-frontends and Microservices Experience with AI tools and their application in software development Experience of mentoring and guiding multi-discipline engineers Strong communication skills Nice to have: Experience working on an existing production SaaS platform Confidence with Git and branching strategies, versioning, dependency management Domain Driven Design principles Working in an automated continuous delivery environment Experience with React Containers, Kubernetes exposure We offer*: Flexible working format - remote, office-based or flexible A competitive salary and good compensation package Personalized career growth Professional development tools (mentorship program, tech talks and trainings, centers of excellence, and more) Active tech communities with regular knowledge sharing Education reimbursement Memorable anniversary presents Corporate events and team buildings Other location-specific benefits *not applicable for freelancers
