SHAPE THE FUTURE OF PRIVACY WITH USERCENTRICS
Usercentrics is a global leader in data privacy and privacy-led marketing solutions. We believe there is no need for a trade-off between growth and privacy compliance. Our vision is to unlock the potential of data privacy to empower a thriving digital ecosystem. We work with companies to create a healthy balance between data-driven business and privacy-led marketing for every size of enterprise. Our customers build trust with their users through improved transparency and control to drastically improve marketing and monetization, while achieving full privacy compliance.
We are looking for a Partner Marketing to lead marketing across our 6,000+ partner ecosystem — Channel, Platform, Distribution, and Affiliate/Influencer partners — spanning both the Usercentrics and Cookiebot™ brands. This is a senior, people-leadership role for someone who knows what great partner marketing looks like, can set the direction for a team, and can turn strategy into hands-on execution through their reports. The partner team’s objectives are focused on driving new partner acquisition plus engagement with existing partners.
You will sit within the Demand Generation team and act as the strategic bridge between the Partnerships, Enablement, and Marketing teams — bringing recommendations to the table, shaping the "what" and "why," and directing your team on the "how" of Partner Marketing.
Requirements
Responsibilities
Own the partner marketing strategy and the initiative calendar and input into our partner messaging framework across both Usercentrics and Cookiebot™ brands
Translate partner and business objectives into structured, aligned campaign plans with defined goals, target audiences, channels, formats, and KPIs, delegating execution across the team
Act as the strategic thought partner to Partnership, Enablement, and Marketing leadership to shape opportunities into clear, actionable campaigns aligned with GTM goals and brand objectives
Oversee partner acquisition and engagement field marketing efforts — tradeshow presence, partner roadshows, and regional activations — ensuring the team plans and executes from planning through on-site follow-up
Drive co-marketing with partners: data-backed case studies, co-branded webinars, testimonials, and more; join partner calls with top partners alongside team members
Oversee high-impact content for partner marketing campaigns and enablement needs in collaboration with the Content team
Build and maintain a communications framework that keeps partners informed of promotions, product updates, and program changes across the partner lifecycle
Ensure enablement collateral — presentations, playbooks, campaigns-in-a-box, brochures, one-pagers — is created and maintained in line with brand and product strategy
Oversee localization and translation of key partner and enablement collateral for priority markets in collaboration with the Localization team
Be a leader in tracking, measurement, and reporting on partner marketing performance, using insights to guide the team's optimization efforts.
What you bring to the table
6+ years of experience in Partner/Channel Marketing or content-led demand generation for B2B SaaS companies, including work across channel and affiliate partner motions
A demonstrable track record of owning partner marketing strategy end to end — you know what "good" looks like and can point to programs you have built and run
A strategic operator who sets direction from ambiguous inputs, confident defining goals and success criteria and bringing a plan to the table
Strong content fluency — you understand how content supports every stage of a partner campaign and can map a full asset set on sight
Experience with partner-facing events and field marketing (tradeshows, roadshows, regional activations) is a strong plus
Working knowledge of email marketing and marketing automation (Salesforce Pardot, Allbound, or similar) and familiarity with Salesforce for funnel tracking
Excellent people management, project, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to run multiple campaigns in parallel through a team, work cross-functionally, and build efficient, repeatable processes
A data-driven mindset and an analytical approach to campaign performance and optimization
Strong business acumen and a solid understanding of the buyer persona, SaaS business models, and product-led growth
Excellent English language skills, verbal and written (C1 or native). Fluency in other European languages is a plus
Passion for privacy and shaping the marketing industry with privacy-first growth strategies and principles
Don’t meet every single requirement? Studies have shown that women and people of colour are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification. At Usercentrics we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
