Senior People Analyst

Employment: Full-time Experience level: Mid-Senior Level Job Description THE ROLE We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our People Analytics team. The People Analytics team empowers the People tribe to elevate our Wisers' experience by leveraging data and insights.  As a Senior Data Analyst in People Analytics you will build People Analytics products at scale as well as conducting research projects to drive tangible business impact. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing People Analytics function and drive actionable insights within a People team that is serious about using data to shape the future of its work.  This is an IC2 role. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Partnering with stakeholders across the People team to solve key business questions and hypotheses, employing consulting techniques to prioritise analytical projects effectively according to impact. Embedding analytical thinking and assessments into our Projects & initiatives so that we are consistently measuring the impact of the work we do. Working across our full people analytics tool stack, building out our people data infrastructure, working with APIs and complex data sets. Upskilling the analytical capabilities of the People Tribe at scale and can correctly interpret People data from our self-serve dashboards and people analytics products Qualifications WHAT YOU’LL BRING Technical Skills. You are proficient with SQL and know your way around data pipeline management tools (Snowflake, dbt, Git, Airflow) You have experience designing and owning data assets; you can build and maintain complex data sources and can leverage visualisation (Visier, Looker, Superset) tools to democratise data. Problem Solving. You have a track record in scoping, building, and delivering impactful People analytics solutions Influence. You know how to partner with senior stakeholders and can tell compelling stories from complex data and drive action from your analysis.
