ZeroAvia is leading the transition to zero-emission aviation through the development of hydrogen-electric propulsion systems for civil and defence aerospace applications. As the world's only Design Organization Approved business focused exclusively on hydrogen-electric aviation, we have achieved significant flight test and regulatory milestones with the UK CAA and FAA and secured more than 3,000 pre-orders from airlines, OEMs and defence customers globally. Joining ZeroAvia means being part of a team pioneering the future of aviation and delivering lasting impact for the planet and its people.
As ZeroAvia moves from prototype development to certification and industrialisation, the Senior Procurement Technician will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of materials, components, and services required to develop, test, certify, and manufacture our hydrogen-electric propulsion systems. Working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Programmes, and suppliers, this individual will help maintain a resilient and high-performing supply chain, enabling the successful delivery of cutting-edge aerospace technologies and supporting ZeroAvia's mission to accelerate the adoption of zero-emission flight worldwide.

Collaborate with Engineering teams to source technical products and services, interpreting drawings, specifications, BOMs and engineering change notices to identify suitable suppliers and manufacturing solutions.
Ensure compliance with AS9100, quality and regulatory requirements by maintaining supplier documentation, material traceability and records required for certification and audit activities.
Drive continuous improvement through supply chain development, cost reduction initiatives, process optimisation, supplier performance reporting and support for ZeroAvia's transition from development to production.
