To join our Consumer Membership Team, we are looking for a:
Senior Product Manager Growth (f/m/d)
Cologne (hybrid) or Berlin (remote) | Permanent Contract (Full-time)
to identify, validate, and scale opportunities that drive sustainable growth for our consumer business and create meaningful value for our consumers.
In this role, you will own important parts of our growth agenda end to end. You will uncover opportunities across the consumer journey, turn insights into hypotheses, rapidly test them, and scale the approaches that demonstrate impact.
This is a highly cross-functional role at the intersection of product, customer experience, data, technology, marketing, and commercial strategy . You will work with a dedicated product team as well as partners across the organization to turn growth opportunities into measurable outcomes.
What you'll do
Own growth outcomes, not just features. Define ambitious goals and translate them into a focused product and experimentation strategy with clear, measurable KPIs.
Identify growth opportunities. Use quantitative data, customer insights, market trends, and experimentation to uncover opportunities across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, conversion, and monetization.
Build and prioritize a growth roadmap. Decide where the biggest opportunities lie and balance quick experiments with larger strategic bets.
Experiment systematically. Develop hypotheses, design experiments, evaluate results, and use learnings to determine what to iterate, scale, or stop.
Turn successful experiments into scalable products. Go beyond optimization and ensure that validated ideas become sustainable capabilities and customer experiences.
Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Commercial teams to move from opportunity to execution while keeping teams aligned around outcomes.
Develop a deep understanding of our customers. Combine behavioral data with qualitative research to understand customer needs, motivations, and friction points.
Make evidence-based decisions. Define success metrics, evaluate impact, and use data to distinguish signal from noise.
Think beyond the existing product. Proactively explore new propositions, business models, customer journeys, and product opportunities that could unlock additional growth.
Provide product leadership. Bring structure to ambiguous problems, communicate clearly with stakeholders, challenge established thinking, and help raise the bar for product management across the organization.
Several years of Product Management experience, ideally in Growth, Conversion, Retention, Engagement, or Monetization
Proven track record of delivering measurable business results
Strong experience with experimentation and analytics to make product decisions, including defining hypotheses, KPIs, and success criteria
Excellent product judgment and analytical thinking
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and turn ideas into action
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in English
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for finding new growth opportunities
