Senior Project Leader

Employment: Full-time Experience level: Mid-Senior Level Job Description Are you ready to discover the role of a  Senior Project Leader   in Netcompany? As a  Senior Project Leader , you will: Act as a trusted advisor to the Contracting Authority, developing realistic project plans aligned with project objectives and the organisation’s overall strategy Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery and execution of the assigned contract, ensuring compliance with agreed scope, quality, timelines and contractual requirements Lead and coordinate project teams, allocating resources, reviewing deliverables, supporting team development and ensuring effective day-to-day project execution Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, budgets and resource requirements, and monitor progress against agreed plans and tolerances Lead the design, development and implementation of software systems, including interoperability components, in line with user and business requirements Establish and maintain project, quality and security plans, ensuring compliance with applicable methodologies, ITSM processes and Contracting Authority procedures Manage project governance, reporting and stakeholder communication, including progress reporting to the Contracting Authority and coordination with eu-LISA programme/project management teams and working groups Monitor project costs, schedules, resources and risks, proactively addressing deviations, capacity constraints and delivery issues Manage change control and ensure appropriate training, knowledge transfer and continuous adherence to contractual, quality and security requirements Qualifications What would make you a fit for the role:  ​​​​​​Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field Excellent command of English, both written and spoken Minimum of 10 years of experience as Project or Programme Manager Minimum of 3 years of experience with Agile methodology and team collaboration tools Strong experience with consultative Project management in the IT software development and quality related areas Excellent knowledge of business process management, enterprise architecture and project management tools, standards and methodologies, especially Agile/Scrum software development methodologies Capability of working in an international/multi-cultural environment, understanding the needs, objectives and constraints of those in other disciplines and functions Excellent leadership qualities and ability to chair meetings and to give presentations Experience with other project management methodology (e.g. PM2, PRINCE2, PMP) will be considered as an asset Additional Information Additional Information If you are looking forward to be part of a diverse environment, and have the opportunity to work alongside well-experienced professionals, on challenging, large-scale projects that directly impact millions of citizens around the globe, then this is the place to be! #LI-CF Please upload your CV in English via the Apply button.
