Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and complex software development projects.
Strong understanding of software development processes and experience working closely with developers and designers.
Experience participating in discussions around architecture trade-offs, scalability, technical feasibility, and risk.
Experience helping scope projects and develop SOWs or similar project agreements.
Experience managing scope changes and client expectations while protecting project timelines and budgets.
