Senior SAP Signavio Process Expert/ Process Mining Expert- Lead Consultant

Employment: Full-time Experience: Mid-Senior level Education: Bachelor's Degree Senior SAP Signavio Process Mining Expert (Lead Consultant) Location: Germany (Frankfurt, Mannheim, Heidelberg, Stuttgart, Munich preferred) Travel: Frequent onsite travel to Mannheim/Heidelberg Employment Type: Permanent / Full-Time About the Role We are looking for an experienced SAP Signavio Process Mining Expert to support a large-scale Business Process Management (BPM) transformation. You will lead end-to-end process mining initiatives, working with business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities, build process intelligence dashboards, and drive measurable business value through data-driven decision making. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end process mining engagements using SAP Signavio Process Intelligence. Analyze and optimize business processes across Finance, Procurement, HR, Sales, Operations and other enterprise functions. Facilitate workshops with process owners and stakeholders to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. Develop process models using SAP Signavio Process Manager and BPMN 2.0 standards. Build process mining dashboards, KPIs and reporting frameworks to drive process transparency and performance management. Translate process mining insights into actionable recommendations and value realization initiatives. Support BPM governance, process ownership and continuous improvement frameworks. Present findings and recommendations to senior business and transformation stakeholders. Required Experience & Skills 5+ years of experience in Business Process Management, Process Excellence, Process Transformation or Management Consulting. Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio Process Intelligence and SAP Signavio Process Manager . Strong process mining experience, including event log design, KPI definition, dashboard development and process performance analysis. Experience with BPMN 2.0 process modelling. Ability to translate business requirements into process mining use cases and improvement initiatives. Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation and executive communication skills. Proven ability to work independently and drive delivery in complex transformation environments. Experience quantifying business benefits and supporting value realization initiatives. Preferred Qualifications SAP Signavio certification. Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation programs. Knowledge of SAP Datasphere, SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud, Databricks or related data platforms. Experience with process governance, compliance and operating model design. Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC or other process improvement certifications. Ideal Candidate You can independently deliver a Signavio Process Intelligence use case end-to-end: engaging process owners, defining KPIs, creating or validating event logs, building dashboards, identifying improvement opportunities and quantifying business value.
