Senior Software Engineer, Agentic Risk & Posture

Employment: Full-time Experience level: Mid-Senior Level Job Description The Agentic Risk & Posture team builds the security layer for AI agents in production. We discover agents across platforms and developer toolchains, model their tools/data/permissions and exposure, and turn that posture into explainable risk signals and guardrails, enabling organizations to adopt agents safely without slowing down innovation. Responsibilities Solve open-ended problems and build the security solutions of the future Design and implement core product features, we try to understand what makes agents risky and how this can be mitigated.  Find pragmatic solutions to complex algorithmic problems, scanning code and configurations to spot malicious or vulnerable agents, MCP servers and skills.  Strike a balance between scalable code design and development speed. Shipping fast is key. Help maintain DevOps stack to continuously improve our own development practices. Qualifications About you: 6+ years of experience or had exceptional impact at the organizational level in developing production-level code across a variety of technologies; Experience in building up or leading teams while contributing to the core tech; Familiar with production level Python, or another interesting set of programming languages; Strong sense for product/customer needs; Enjoy working on a wide range of algorithmic problems and designing efficient software systems; Frequent contributor to open-source projects and an active participant in open-source communities; Productive by yourself as you solve abstract problems independently and produce results without constant supervision; Pragmatism, enjoy taking ownership, being hands-on, and getting things done while being mindful of our longer-term vision; Excited about a front-row seat in a fast growing, early-stage company (a rapidly changing, often ambiguous and undefined environment); Interest in AI security.
