Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Employment: Full-time Experience level: Mid-Senior Level Job Description Plan, develop and implement talent acquisition strategy in the company; Take ownership and manage recruitment lifecycle by sourcing talent via the various channels mainly for high-volume recruitment; Ensure the best candidate experience throughout attraction, recruitment and on-boarding processes; Identify and engage with the best talent on the market, both locally and internationally; Undertake thorough, fair and well-evidenced interviews with potential candidates including briefing them on our interview process and managing their expectations effectively; Develop strong external knowledge of corresponding labor market to provide guidance and advice to internal clients/stakeholders; e.g. market analysis, candidate profiling etc. Track and use key metrics to drive continuous improvements regarding recruitment decisions and the quality of hires; Assemble and provide data and statistics related to high-volume recruitment for key stakeholders; Prepare and monitor budget for recruitment activities; Work closely with hiring managers to understand, assess and plan hiring needs;  Plan and follow through with recruitment campaigns;  Maintain & implement unified policies and procedures;  Optimize process workflows efficiently;  Work closely with Employer Branding team within candidate attraction;  Deliver high levels of customer service and work to ensure the talent acquisition process is well-managed; Maintain post-placement contact to ensure that new hires have been successful; Secure TA team’s competence and high performance standards;  Engage in various projects or initiatives within TA area Collaborate with TA colleagues in other locations. Qualifications 2+ years proven hands on experience in recruitment, preferably in a large company Experience with high-volume recruitment Experience in analyzing complex recruitment data Excellent knowledge of English Expertise in labor market, digital recruitment channels, selection tools Strong strategical mindset & analytical thinking; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Ability to build strong business relationships with stakeholders; Ability to work productively under pressure and meet tight deadlines;  Confident in influencing and negotiating with all levels of seniority, along with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally;  Meticulous with a strong attention to detail;  Sees each requisition as a project and plans accordingly; Resilient in overcoming objections and a tenacious and determined attitude when faced with barriers or obstacles.
