Shift Lead - Customer Service

Employment: Part-time Experience level: Entry Level Job Description Attending inbound and outbound chats/calls/cases solving customer issues. Must have problem-solving skills and follow timeline when assigned for task. Manage a team of customer service agents. Prepare KPI reports, performance reports for management review. Able to follow order processing system from the back end. Willing to work 6 days and 6 hours per day in different shifts.
