What the posting is about
Provide level 2 technical support to administrative, teaching, and academic staff at USIL. Requires knowledge of operating systems, software, and devices, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills. Must be patient, professional, and empathetic to client needs. Work schedule is Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Contract is for 2 months, starting on February 1st and ending on March 31st.
