What the posting is about
Join our supermarket and hypermarket marketing team to coordinate promotions with daily store needs. Collaborate with departments and staff, with occasional in-store presence. Update prices, offers, and product sheets for flyers and in-store materials. Prepare social media content and collect feedback from stores. Organize campaign data with Excel and prepare summaries for the marketing group. No prior experience needed, but proficiency in Excel and presentation tools is required. Must be available to travel to stores and work occasionally on weekends. Offers a 12-month full-time contract with a flexible schedule during campaign weeks, training on promotional materials and store activities, and meal vouchers. Salary range is 17,400 to 19,200 EUR per year.

Il team marketing di una catena di supermercati e ipermercati attiva nel settore alimentare coordina le promozioni con le esigenze quotidiane dei punti vendita. La figura junior collaborerà con i reparti e con il personale dei negozi, con occasionali presenze in punto vendita.
Mansioni:
- aggiornare prezzi, offerte e schede prodotto per volantini e materiali a scaffale, verificando le indicazioni dei reparti
- preparare contenuti per i canali social e raccogliere dai negozi osservazioni su promozioni ed esposizione
- organizzare con Excel i dati delle campagne e predisporre riepiloghi per il gruppo marketing
Requisiti:
- diploma di scuola superiore
- buona dimestichezza con Excel e strumenti di presentazione
- anche senza esperienza pregressa
- disponibilità a recarsi nei punti vendita e a lavorare occasionalmente nel fine settimana
Offerta e benefit:
- retribuzione lorda mensile di 1.450-1.600 € secondo il CCNL Commercio
- contratto a tempo determinato di 12 mesi, a tempo pieno
