Sr. Quality Assurance Manager

Employment: Full-time Experience level: Mid-Senior Level Job Description Job summary :  Supplier Quality KPI setup and drive supplier to meet Renesas expectation. Audit and evaluate contract manufacture’s production lines and quality system for product readiness and verify compliance VDA6.3 standards from Auto product Identify opportunity for quality control enhancement and implement new methods accordingly Key Responsibilities: Manage quality excursions and drive for effective root cause solutions and preventive actions Support Supplier process/material change process and site certification audit activities Perform Supplier Quality assistance in the creation, establishment and installation of best-known practices. Customer obsessed: Partner with cross functional team to ensure quality event or unit return doesn’t impact customer requirement Drive CIP towards better Quality/Cost/Cycle time…etc Host MRB with cross functional team to finalize product disposition Qualifications Bachelor’s degree holder in electrical, Physics, Chemistry, materials science or related field. 10+ experience in foundry PIE/Module or Quality function team Fluent in English Bonus points ISO9001 / IATF16949 certification and VDA6.3 training evidence.
