Employment: Full-time Job Description Responsibilities 職責: Manage day-to-day store operations including inbound management, stock handling, storing, and order dispatching on a timely basis. 管理店舖日常運作 Drive store KPIs, shrinkage and cost control and manpower planning through effective business strategies and team collaboration 透過有效的業務策略及團隊協作，達到店舖績效指標、店舖營運標準、損耗及成本控制、以及出貨指標 Ensure periodical stock takes are carried out and noted down accurately. 監管庫存量、負責定期盤點記錄 Proactively recommend and implement operational goals, objectives and process improvements. 改善工作流程及庫存模式 Coordinate periodic maintenance of the facilities and escalate any malfunction to the Realty Facility Manager. 監督定期設施維修 Qualifications Job Requirements 資歷: Higher Diploma or relevant.  專上學歷或相關專業 3 years of relevant working and supervising experience; preferably in FMCG, retail, and relevant industry 3 年或以上相關工作經驗，曾從事食品或零售行業優先考慮 Self-motivated and able to work independently. 有上進心，能獨立工作 Outstanding communication and people skills. 具良好溝通能力 Candidate with less experience would also be considered as Assistant Store Manager 經驗較淺者，可申請為助理店舖經理   Additional Information What We Offer 5 days working week (Required to work on shift duty) 五天工作 (需輪更工作) 15 days of annual leave & public holidays  年假15天及公眾假期 Medical Benefits  醫療保障 Company Description "To be the most loved everyday food and groceries destination!" - that’s our mission at foodpanda (small ‘f’). foodpanda is the largest food and grocery delivery platform in Asia, outside of China.
