The Strategy & BizOps team drives and executes against the company’s go-to-market strategy. We leverage quantitative and qualitative analysis to create long-term business strategies and help execute on Waymo’s commercial deployment. The team is analytically driven, with a proactive mentality, focused on finding and delivering on high impact projects. You will: Be a foundational member of our Singapore team, responsible for building and executing our Singapore go-to-market (GTM) strategy, tackling the most complex business challenges. You will analyze ambiguous problems, build processes from the ground up, and lead cross-functional projects that bring our GTM strategy to life. Conduct deep-dive market analysis, competitive landscaping, and quantitative modeling to support strategic decisions, including opportunity prioritization, pricing scenarios, and making difficult strategic trade-offs. Lead and manage high-priority, cross-functional initiatives by collaborating effectively with Product, Partnerships, Policy, Regulatory, Operations, and many other teams. Define, track, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for our local business, translating data into actionable insights for leadership. Act as a primary bridge between the local team and global teams at Waymo HQ. Help Waymo achieve long term success in Singapore with the most thoughtful approach - influence global thinking with a deep understanding of local nuances. Effectively represent Waymo in high stake external meetings with government stakeholders and strategic partners. Be a culture champion for the local office. Quarterback cross-functional teams as we scale operations in Singapore. Excellent communication and cross-functional project management skills to lead diverse stakeholders. You have: 8+ years of experience in a highly analytical and strategic role, such as BizOps and Strategy Lead, Chief of Staff, Corporate Strategy and Development Lead. Experience in quantitative and analytical modeling to inform business strategy, financial planning, or operations. Proven experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects from start to finish. Experience in policy, legal operations, regulatory environment within Singapore market. We prefer: Direct experience with international market entry, product launches, or scaling a new business. Deep understanding of the Singapore business landscape and regulatory environment (especially in mobility or technology). Proven track record of building and executing go-to-market strategy for new international markets.
