Role Summary As our first sourcer in this region, you will play a meaningful role in building and scaling Mistral in Korea. You will identify and attract top Technical talent in the Korean market, ranging from ICs to CTOs and Research leaders, feeding back market knowledge and create a powerful Talent flywheel for Mistral. What you will do - Identify and attract top Applied AI and Applied Science Talent for Mistral, with a systematic approach to target the most relevant startups, tech companies and competitors - Source through comprehensive bools but also leverage your networks with the end outcome of accelerating top of funnel with high quality Talent - Draft highly effective, personalized outreach that resonate deeply with ideal candidate profiles - Collaborate closely with the APAC TA team and hiring managers, to refine and iterate sourcing strategy About You - Master sourcer with 5+ years of relevant experience recruiting top Tech Talent in South Korea - Passionate, obsessive and geeky about sourcing as a craft - Access to networks that you can leverage on day 1 to fulfill critical business needs - Collaborative, curious with an insatiable appetite for learning - High learning agility to ramp up and high ownership to drive outcomes - Creative and entrepreneurial with ideas on sourcing Talent - Fluent in English and experience recruiting internationally - Ideally, proficiency with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI tools (Vibe, Claude) WHAT WE OFFER We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance.
