Keep shared folders, contact lists and meeting records organized and up to date.
Follow up on assigned administrative actions and flag missing information or scheduling issues to the IR Operations Lead.
Use the team’s digital tools to complete administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
Handle confidential and market-sensitive information with discretion.
Required skills and experience
Experience in a team assistant, administrative assistant, executive assistant or similar support role.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Experience coordinating calendars, meetings and international travel.

An affinity for technology and confidence learning new systems, including AI tools for appropriate administrative tasks.
A helpful, proactive approach and confidence communicating with colleagues and external contacts.
Ability to handle routine tasks independently, work within agreed priorities and recognize when an issue needs escalation.
Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Experience with purchasing systems such as Zip or CRM tools would be an advantage. Previous Investor Relations experience is helpful but not essential.
