ABOUT THE TEAM
The Tech Expenses team is responsible for ensuring efficiency and governance over the costs of systems and corporate tools at VTEX. We operate at the intersection of technology, finance, and operations: providing visibility, control, and optimization of spending on software, licenses, and digital services used at global scale.
ABOUT THE ROLE

Invoice confirmation: Validate vendor charges against contracts and actual usage, and manage the approval and payment process.
User and license management: Audit active users per system, identify inactive accounts, and propose licensing adjustments to optimize costs.
Redundancy analysis: Map overlaps between tools and duplicate users, proposing portfolio consolidations and rationalizations.
Travel systems: Administer the corporate travel management platform, ensuring policy compliance and employee support.
Peripheral procurement: Coordinate the acquisition of office equipment and peripherals — from quoting to delivery and asset registration.
