At Accellor, we are a trusted digital transformation partner that uses best-of-breed Cloud technology to deliver superior customer engagement and business effectiveness for clients.
We’ve created an atmosphere that encourages curiosity, constant learning, and persistence. We encourage our employees to grow and explore their interests. We cultivate an environment of collaboration, autonomy, and delegation – we know our people have a strong work ethic and a sense of pride and ownership over their work. They are passionate, eager, and motivated – focused on building the perfect solution but never losing sight of the bigger picture.
We are looking for a seasoned Technical Program Manager to lead a portfolio of marketing technology projects for the high tech sector. You’ll work across Marketing, Content, Product, Design, and Engineering to improve how digital content is created, managed, and delivered through web channels.
This role calls for someone who can connect business priorities with technical execution, manage several interdependent projects, and keep teams moving toward a clear launch plan.
Key Responsibilities
Program Execution & Delivery
Lead multiple concurrent projects involving websites, content management systems, and marketing technology platforms from planning through launch.
Partner with Marketing, Content, Design, Product, and Engineering teams to define scope, milestones, owners, and success measures.
Coordinate technical work across frontend development, CMS platforms, APIs, analytics, and third-party tools.
Identify dependencies, risks, and decisions early, and work with teams to resolve them.
Support content migrations, website launches, platform improvements, and new digital experiences.
Process & Communication
Provide clear status updates to senior stakeholders, including progress, risks, decisions needed, and upcoming milestones.
Run planning and delivery meetings that help teams make decisions and stay aligned.
Maintain project plans and backlogs as priorities change.
Requirements
10+ years of technical program or project management experience, including work in marketing technology, digital experiences, or web platforms.
Experience leading complex website or CMS projects, such as content migrations, redesigns, platform integrations, or global site launches.
Ability to manage three or more technical projects at once and coordinate work across business and engineering teams.
Working knowledge of CMS platforms, web development, APIs, analytics, and cloud-based systems.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical risks and tradeoffs to nontechnical stakeholders.
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, or MS Project.
