Technical System Analyst

Employment: Full-time Job Description Gather, analyze and challenge business requirements to identify the most suitable IT solutions. Translate business requirements into clear functional and non-functional specifications. Provide effort estimations for analysis activities. Participate actively in solution design discussions and Agile ceremonies. Collaborate closely with developers, testers and DevOps engineers throughout the software development lifecycle. Assess feasibility, benefits and risks of proposed solutions and provide recommendations based on technical expertise. Analyze the impact of business requirements on existing applications, systems and the overall IT landscape. Contribute to the design of scalable, high-performance and high-availability digital banking solutions. Create and maintain functional analysis documentation, specifications and process flows. Support continuous improvement initiatives across development and delivery processes. Participate in all project phases, from workshops and requirements gathering through implementation and production support. Perform sanity testing and validation activities. Provide Level 3 post-implementation support and assist in impact analysis for production issues. Qualifications Professional Experience Minimum 3 years of overall technology experience. Significant experience in functional analysis, requirements gathering and documentation. Proven experience working in Agile environments. Experience collaborating with technical, business and operational stakeholders. Technical Skills Strong understanding of software analysis and solution design principles. Experience documenting functional and non-functional requirements. Understanding of integration concepts and technologies, including APIs, JMS, Kafka, Message Queues and Web Services. Basic database knowledge and experience working with relational databases such as MariaDB and PostgreSQL. Understanding of data models and database structures. Experience using API testing and integration tools such as Postman and SOAP UI. Familiarity with UML and design documentation tools. Experience working with Jira and Confluence. Basic knowledge of mobile application testing on Android and iOS platforms. Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems. Understanding of databases such as MariaDB, PostgreSQL, Oracle, IBM DB2 and NoSQL databases (Cassandra, MongoDB). Must-have skills: 3+ years of experience in Technical/Business Systems Analysis. Strong experience gathering and documenting functional requirements. Experience working in Agile teams. Understanding of APIs, integrations and message-based architectures. Database knowledge (PostgreSQL, MariaDB or similar). Experience with Jira and Confluence. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced English. Experience collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders. Delivery-oriented and detail-oriented mindset. Nice to Have Experience with AWS cloud technologies. Understanding of Java-based microservices architectures. Experience with digital banking or digital services platforms. Experience with multichannel applications. Banking or financial services industry experience. Knowledge of change management and defect tracking processes. Understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
