Test Role

Employment: Full-Time Minimum experience: Entry-level This is a test to use Hiring on BambooHR.  We are seeking an HR Tools Specialist to manage and optimize digital HR systems that support recruitment, employee management, onboarding, performance, and reporting. The role involves configuring HR platforms, maintaining accurate employee data, generating reports, troubleshooting system issues, and supporting HR teams with day-to-day technology needs. The successful candidate will work closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to improve processes and user experience. Candidates should have experience using HRIS, ATS, payroll, or talent management systems, along with strong analytical and organizational skills. Knowledge of data privacy, system integrations, and HR processes is highly desirable for this role.
