Travel Specialist-MLA Replacement

Employment: Full-time Experience level: Entry Level Job Description Coordinate all related travel services for the employees in Israel, Europe and Asia Pacific including: Provide service to managers and employees Ensures that travel needs are met (within company guidelines)   Drive continuous improvement of travel service Manage and monitor overall travel operations: Manage travel agents in various locations Reviews and configures travel-related data, analysis and reporting of travel data Monitor travel budget and usage Negotiate agreements with airlines and hotels Review and approve invoices Taking part in projects Major Projects: Implementing a new travel system in APAC. Replace our Travel agency. Improve our travel data base (Analayzer etc.). Qualifications Strong service orientation - a must 0-3 experience in the travel industry BA degree- an advantage Great communications skills and excellent English (verbal and written) Able to work in a fast pace, high pressured, environment Attention to details Ability to multi-task, manage deadlines Fast learner Proficiency in Microsoft tools The position requires flexible hours and off-hours availability Company Description Passionate about travel?
