We are looking for an experienced Unity Developer with an AI-first mindset to build next-gen gaming features. You will join a team of engineers building high-scale, real-time game systems, leveraging LLMs for complex logic, automating workflows, and using AI agents to continuously improve how we build.   Requirements - Proficiency in software development. - Hands-on experience with Claude Code, Cursor or similar. - Experience with object-oriented programming, including design patterns, algorithms, and data structures. - Strong knowledge of an OOP language (C# or equivalent) and memory management. - Proactive, self-driven, with strong communication skills. - Experience with Unity on mobile platforms, including its scripting APIs, profiling tools, UI, and animations.   Responsibilities - Manage features from system design and data handling to production deployment. - Design architectures and implement end-to-end client-side features, leveraging LLMs from day-to-day development processes up to system architecture. - Use data-driven methods to resolve production issues and optimize performance across all devices. - Manage the integration of native plugins and third-party services.
