About the Role We're looking for a hands-on Controls/Conveyance Reliability Engineering leader to own controls and conveyance strategy, reliability, and technical standards across our North American fulfillment network. You'll lead and grow a team of controls system technicians and work/train site maintenance technicians. You'll drive root-cause investigations and turn findings into lasting corrective actions. You'll also support large-scale system launches and site expansion integration.
