Your Responsibilities As a Workflow Automation Specialist (m/f/d) you will design, implement and optimize automated workflows using the DocuWare platform to make internal business processes more efficient.  Your responsibilities will include:   Part of your t asks is participation in the analysis of existing business  processes and identification of automation potential. You will carry out a feasibility analysis of the technical implementation of business processes. To improve operational efficiency, you will analyze existing process solutions and configurations to identify potential for improvement. You'll work with cross-functional teams to gather comprehensive data and insights. Designing , implementing and optimizing  workflow  automation  solutions to improve  process  efficiency and quality will also be  part of your  areas of responsibility . Implementation and introduction of optimized / newly  established  workflows as well as support for continuous  evaluation . The focus of your work will be on the configuration of DocuWare and efficient workflow design. What you need to succeed You have a degree in business informatics or business administration or a comparable qualification in the field of process automation. Furthermore, you have several years of professional experience and strong technical skills in the use, administration, and configuration of workflow automation solutions. In-depth DocuWare knowledge is a plus. You have strong technological process expertise and knowledge of relevant IT tools and technologies, including artificial intelligence. You have a good understanding of business relationships and complex business processes in order to identify and implement optimization opportunities. Your excellent problem-solving skills with a creative approach to tackling integration challenges, as well as a passion for technology and efficiency with a focus on delivering high-quality, impactful solutions, define your way of working. You have a committed personality who is characterized by the ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, and initiative.
