This would be a hybrid role coming to our Berlin HQ. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Take end-to-end ownership of your own pipeline of customers referred by our Partner - from the initial handover to successful onboarding and activation. - Act as the main point of contact for customers, guide them through the onboarding process and proactively follow up on outstanding information and documentation. - Create and maintain customer deals in our CRM and internal platform, ensuring accurate data, clear next steps and transparent pipeline tracking. - Coordinate closely with our Partner Sales, Risk and Compliance teams to resolve blockers, keep stakeholders informed and continuously improve our onboarding processes.
