Position Overview The Supply Chain Control Tower Engineer runs supplier control towers that keep manufacturing facilities running and customers satisfied. Working closely with buyers, suppliers, LPAs, and a team of Control Tower leads, this role coordinates supplier performance, maintains coverage files, and builds the tracking tools that give the business clear visibility into supply status. Key Responsibilities • Lead control tower meetings with LPAs and suppliers • Create and maintain coverage files, working alongside an experienced coverage file expert • Develop tracking tools to monitor and report supplier performance • Occasional visits to local supplier sites, where PPE may be required Requirements Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years of professional experience OR • Master's degree with 0–2 years of experience will also be considered OR • Associate's degree with 6+ years of experience • Strong attention to detail • Advanced Excel skills, including macros and complex formulas • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization • Conflict resolution skills Preferred Qualifications • Background as an LPA, Supplier Development Engineer (SDE), or Buyer • Power BI experience Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Vision Insurance Disability insurance Employee assistance program Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Paid Holidays Please follow the link to our website for a list of job openings in Engineering, IT, Project Management, and more! https://www.dsnworldwide.com Salary expectations: 65,000-76,000 per annual
