Centro fitness e benessere con sede a Genova, struttura dedicata ad attività motorie e servizi per gli associati, ricerca:
La persona si occuperà della gestione del centralino e del supporto al front desk, curando il contatto quotidiano con utenti e staff. Seguirà lo smistamento delle chiamate in entrata, la prenotazione di sessioni di allenamento e l'aggiornamento dell'agenda tramite gestionale interno, oltre al supporto nelle email, nell'archiviazione dei moduli di iscrizione e nel coordinamento delle comunicazioni operative con i reparti.
Requisiti:
* diploma di istruzione secondaria superiore
* valutiamo anche candidati alla prima esperienza
* ottime doti comunicative e attitudine al contatto con il pubblico
* padronanza degli strumenti informatici di base e gestione email
* disponibilità a lavorare su turni, inclusi i fine settimana
* disponibilità entro 2 settimane
