Your Mission: As Managing Director, you will take full responsibility for the Austrian market and drive its entrepreneurial development. You will actively accelerate growth, unlock new business opportunities, and sustainably position the company in the market. In doing so, you will act not only strategically, but also operationally, particularly in sales, marketing, and business development. Your new job Responsibility for the country-specific strategy, revenue, results, and growth in Austria Active role in sales and business development — you stay close to the market, customers, and partners Identification and implementation of new business opportunities, as well as expansion of existing partnerships Management and further development of the organization with a clear focus on performance and scalability Responsibility for planning, budgeting, financial management, and reporting to the corporate headquarters Close collaboration with the international corporate structure and active participation in cross-functional initiatives Building and maintaining a strong local network within the industry Leadership of the Austrian team (5 employees) For this full-time position, the minimum gross salary is EUR 4.476 per month. Depending on qualifications and experience, there is willingness to offer a higher salary.
