Sneak preview of your future tasks Design, implement, test and integrate high-reliable code in QNX and Linux-like system to enable core functionality in our infotainment platform.  This role as a senior software engineer requires an experienced embedded software developer, preferably who has experience working within the automotive industry. A strong candidate will have worked with programming languages such as C/C++ and been exposed to QNX and Linux. Development of Base-Power components (Eg. Babylon, Shutdown notifier) implement new features for ongoing projects (QNX and Linux) integration: writing unit and component tests bug analysis and fixing Creating and maintaining build pipelines for the developed components Improving pipeline stability for implementation and integration Supporting with technical clarifications within the team and outside the team for relevant components features development Your Profile Education Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communication Technology or a comparable qualification Experience Strong experience in embedded software development (embedded QNX and Linux) 5+ years working with C/C++ Experience with CMake Knowledge about testing frameworks (e. g. GoogleTest, pytest) and an Nice to have Experience with Python, Bash scripting, Docker, Apparmor Nice to have Hands on development experience in following areas would be a big plus: Automotive industry System Power State Management SomeIP Yocto QNX RTOS SomeIP / TCP/IP SPI/Ethernet/UART/I2C PMIC Matlab  CI/CD e.g. Jenkins Experience writing multi-threaded, asynchronous software Understanding TDD concepts  Personal Skills Team player attitude Good communication skills Self-organized and highly collaborative Proficiency in problem solving and troubleshooting technical issues Flexible and can-do attitude Aspiration to engineering excellence Language Skills Proficient in English, German is a plus Why us?
