INTERNAL Senior CTV Responsible (all genders)

Schedule: full-time Employment: permanent Years of experience: 5-7 Your Mission The role ensures the execution, structuring, and continuous improvement of the CTV process within the TEM‑T environment.   It acts as a central coordination function for prototype hardware demand, ensuring transparency, alignment, and smooth process flow across stakeholders.  The CTV Responsible works independently based on defined goals, handles complex but bounded problems, and shapes processes within its scope. Sneak preview of your future tasks 1. Process Execution & Improvement  Ensure consistent execution of the CTV process end-to-end (budget planning → demand → request → tracking → handover) Structure and optimize process steps (e.g., budget planning, demand intake, status tracking, documentation) Ensure transparent and traceable workflows across involved functions 2. Stakeholder Coordination  Consolidate and validate hardware demands from teams and domains Coordinate with key stakeholders (e.g., BTV, Domain Test Leads, Team Representatives, Project Management, Component Responsible roles) Prepare decision-ready inputs for conflicts (e.g., limited availability, priorities, constraints) Enable alignment through clear, structured communication 3. Technical & Operational Enablement  Apply solid understanding of prototype hardware and test environment dependencies Translate technical requirements into actionable process inputs Support operational flows such as request clarification, allocation, and tracking 4. Process Transparency & Optimization  Identify inefficiencies and implement pragmatic improvements within scope Maintain clear process and technical documentation Ensure visibility of demands, bottlenecks, and risks 5. Functional Guidance  Provide functional support and guidance to stakeholders (e.g., team representatives, junior contributors) Act as a subject-matter contact for CTV topics within the defined scope 6. Procurement & Demand Coordination  Coordinate technical and operational requirements with requesting teams for non CTV hardware and test equipment. Independently obtain and evaluate supplier quotations. Coordinate the procurement process in alignment with internal stakeholders and purchasing requirements. Ensure transparent planning, timely procurement, and cost allocation to the responsible teams. Your Profile Relevant university degree or equivalent practical experience >2 years of relevant experience in technical coordination, process management, or hardware/test environments Experience in cross-functional  collaboration Solid understanding ofhardware-related processes and operational workflows   Competencies  Independent working style with strong ownership mindset Analytical problem-solving within structured domains Clear communication and advisory capability Stakeholder coordination and alignment skills Process thinking and continuous improvement mindset Scope of Responsibility  Owns execution and improvement of defined CTV processes Works independently within a clearly defined functional scope Provides recommendations and decision support , without final strategic ownership May guide others functionally , without disciplinary responsibility   Collaboration & Stakeholders  TEM ‑ T internal functions (e.g., Storage, Test Environment support) Domain Test Leads and Team Representatives Component Responsible / BTV roles Project Management Service Desk Why us?
