You will be an integralpart of the team, introduce best practices related to Scrum, moderate discussions and help the team grow in efficiency. Sneak preview of your future tasks You understand Scrum profoundly and have proven ability to guide tech teams inimplementing it You are experienced in helping teams become high performing You constantly influence your team to learn and improve You facilitate discussions to an actionable end You are experienced in helping members overcome conflict and work as a team You have excellent communication and people skills Your Profile Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable qualification Scrum Master certification  Experience with planning in Atlassian JIRA  First experience in DevOps teams  First experience gathered in the automotive industry  First experience with scaling agile, e.g. SAFe Language skills: Proficiency in English Why us?
