Be the engine of telco commercial success: ensure accurate customer data, pricing governance, efficient deal execution, and seamless customer support.  Become a part of the BICS community at Tieto Tech Consulting that has been growing since 2010 and enjoy the comfortable and stable environment where new ideas thrive.    As a Junior Billing and Collection Specialist, you will: • Provide operational support in managing a portfolio of international suppliers and customers, including: Preparing and issuing outgoing invoices by customer and product Handling incoming disputes within defined acceptance thresholds Validating incoming supplier invoices by product Raising disputes on incorrect invoices within acceptance thresholds Tracking, following up, and ensuring timely resolution of all disputes Support data‑driven decision‑making by analyzing Excel datasets, including reconciling information across multiple sources and identifying deviations, inconsistencies, or anomalies to ensure accurate financial outcomes Support the preparation and delivery of operational open disputes reports Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, including enhancements to calculation rules Help maintain clean and accurate partner account balances Ensure timely release of payments using the appropriate systems and processes Process and allocate incoming payments promptly, particularly before month‑end closing Support reduction of bad debt through effective and proactive follow‑up Who we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree (Preferably in Finance or Economics) At least 1 year of experience in Accounting / Billing Good command of spoken and written English Excellent knowledge of Excel Strong analytical skills and well-structured thinking Excellent collaboration and communication skills Additional Information At Tieto, we believe in the power of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
