Role Overview: Support the legal team with research, documentation, organizing, tracking, and basic operational tasks. Key Responsibilities: Conduct basic legal research and prepare summaries. File and organize contracts and legal documents. Assist in managing the legal database. Assist in contract tracking and lifecycle tasks. Support litigation preparation and document collection. Assist in regulatory filing preparation under supervision. Provide general administrative support. Requirements Bachelor’s in Law, Business, or related field. 0-6 months of experience.
