Manager, Sales Cargo (Bali and East Area)

Learn more about Teleport here: https://www.teleport.it/ Key Responsibilities: Business Development : Identify and acquire new local and international cargo accounts to drive volume. Space Utilization: Plan and implement sales activities to maximize cargo capacity on flights and meet or exceed monthly revenue targets. Rate Negotiation: Analyze market trends, prepare competitive quotations, and negotiate freight rates with clients and overseas agents. Team Leadership: Mentor and support sales representatives, providing guidance and performance feedback. Cross-functional Coordination: Liaise with the operations, pricing, and customer service departments to ensure shipments are handled efficiently from origin to destination. Requirements Qualifications: Experience: Typically 5+ years in the freight forwarding or air cargo industry, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of global forwarding, Incoterms, and customs procedures. Soft Skills: Exceptional commercial acumen, high-level negotiation skills, and strong proficiency in English for international communication. Work Location: Willing to be based in Bali
