Role overview We are looking for a motivated and proactive People Intern to join our team, with a focus on People Operations and Employee Relations. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various HR functions, supporting day-to-day operations while contributing to employee experience initiatives in a dynamic, fast-growing tech environment. Key responsibilities: Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience. Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases. Help coordinate internal HR communications and documentation (contracts, policies, etc.). Support the administration of benefits, leaves, and employee requests. Collaborate on internal initiatives to promote engagement, culture, and employee well-being. Participate in employee relations cases and follow-up, under guidance from the team. Help prepare reports and presentations related to HR metrics and KPIs. Work closely with the wider People team to support ad-hoc projects and process improvements. Requirements What makes you a great fit: A Bachelor’s degree (or currently studying) in Human Resources, Psychology, Labor Relations, or a related field. A strong interest in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and workplace culture. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and fluency in English (Spanish is a plus). A proactive, empathetic, and people-first mindset. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
