We’re looking for an experienced, proactive professional to join a banking project, combining strong analytical skills with a product-oriented mindset and a sense of ownership. The ideal candidate has solid business analysis expertise, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to coordinate teams and drive topics through to completion, while collaborating closely with developers, QA engineers, Product Owners, and business and IT stakeholders.
Core skills you’ll bring
Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking or financial services.
Strong Product Owner mindset – ability to understand business objectives, challenge requirements, contribute to prioritization, and proactively drive topics forward.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills – a significant part of the role involves aligning business and technical stakeholders, facilitating discussions, and coordinating activities and dependencies.
Team ownership and accountability – each BA is expected to take partial responsibility for the overall performance and delivery success of their assigned development team, going beyond their individual analysis tasks.
Solid experience with requirements analysis, user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog refinement, and Agile delivery processes.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and operate effectively in an international, cross-functional environment.
Good understanding of banking products and processes would be a strong advantage.
Strong analytical capabilities with a product-oriented mindset,
Excellent coordination skills and a genuine sense of responsibility for the team's outcomes.
The impact you'll create
Business Analysis & Requirements Management – Gather, analyze, clarify, and document business requirements, translating them into well-structured user stories and acceptance criteria.
Product-Oriented Thinking – Understand business objectives and product priorities, proactively challenge requirements, propose solutions, and contribute to product decisions.
Stakeholder Management & Communication – Act as a key point of contact between business stakeholders, Product Owners, development teams, and other involved parties, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
Cross-Team Coordination – Facilitate discussions, manage dependencies, coordinate activities across teams, and follow up on open topics and decisions.
Backlog & Delivery Support – Contribute to backlog refinement, prioritization, sprint planning, and ongoing delivery activities, ensuring requirements are clear and actionable.
End-to-End Ownership – Take responsibility for assigned features and business topics throughout their lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering to implementation, testing, and release.
Shared Team Accountability – Actively contribute to the overall performance, delivery commitments, and success of the assigned development team, taking ownership beyond individual BA tasks.
Proactive Problem Solving – Identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and potential blockers early, drive their resolution, and escalate when necessary.
Business & Technical Alignment – Work closely with developers and QA engineers to clarify requirements, support implementation decisions, and ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations.
