Job Description
Product Operations & Coordination: Manage day-to-day product operations across APAC and EU markets. Refine feature tickets, align on local customization requirements, and coordinate closely with local commercial teams, regional Salesforce teams, global product managers, and global product operations.
Salesforce CRM & Funnel Operations: Monitor and support inbound vendor conversion funnels within Salesforce CRM; assist in tracking lead flow, identifying sync errors, and verifying that automated rules and field mappings function as expected across integrated systems.
