Employment: Full-time Experience level: Mid-Senior Level Job Description Project – the aim you’ll have The role will be part of Developer Enablement, building out GitHub workflows and agentic engineering capabilities for engineering teams. The focus is on developing reusable GitHub Actions workflows, actions and integrations, and bringing AI-assisted and agentic engineering into everyday development. Working with the Principal DevOps Engineer, the role will help teams adopt and get value from these capabilities. Role – how you’ll contribute Build and improve reusable GitHub Actions workflows, actions and repository templates that make everyday development tasks easier. Build and introduce AI-assisted and agentic engineering workflows on GitHub, helping teams adopt these capabilities within agreed standards. Work with Platforms to help build and maintain GitHub Actions runners, reusable actions and workflows. Work with the Principal DevOps Engineer and engineering teams to improve how GitHub is used, identify automation opportunities and simplify development. Keep workflows and integrations secure, reliable and maintainable, supporting updates and helping teams diagnose and resolve issues. Share knowledge, documentation and practical examples so teams can adopt, maintain and extend GitHub workflows and agentic engineering capabilities. Qualifications Expectations – the experience you need GitHub and GitHub Actions, including building workflows and reusable actions. CI/CD  Kubernetes  Azure DevOps  Pipelines  Application Security  Cloud Services/capabilities  General development experience with in-house systems  AI-assisted or agentic engineering. Scripting or general software development. Developer tooling, automation and integration. You do not need experience in every area; we value practical engineering skills, curiosity and a willingness to learn. Additional skills – the edge you have You are technically minded, with a practical approach to solving problems and an interest in improving how developers work. You enjoy collaborating with others, sharing your knowledge, and learning new tools and approaches. You are comfortable taking work forward independently and helping colleagues get the most from the tools you build.
