Your Mission
At MBition, we are driving an organization-wide Lean & Agile transformation through the Mercedes Excellence System (MxS). Our transformation team works cross-functionally to empower and enable department and teams, inject lean and agile methods and tools, and embed a sustainable continuous improvement mindset through the entire organization.
As a Working Student – Lean & Agile Transformation (m/f/d), you will support the MxS Transformation team at MBition in Berlin. You will contribute to the ongoing lean and agile transformation initiative across the MBition organisation and gain hands-on experience in lean and agile methods, transformation management, change activities, and continuous improvement.
We are looking for two passionate Working Students to join our team in Berlin. Both positions are part of the same transformation team and will collaborate closely on shared initiatives, while each student will have a dedicated focus area with specific topics and responsibilities. Depending on your background and interests, you may focus more strongly on one of these areas while collaborating closely with the wider transformation team.
Sneak preview of your future tasks
Support in organizing, preparing, and following up on transformation activities and change and capability programs.
Assist in organizing, preparing, facilitating, and following up on workshops, bootcamps & trainings, leadership events, and community meetings.
Create engaging communication materials, newsletters, and announcements to keep the organization informed and inspired.
Foster engagement across internal lean-agile communities, gathering feedback and continuous improvement ideas, help in hosting events related to MxS.
Create and maintain presentations, reports, dashboards, and communication materials for executives and teams.
Collect, analyze, and visualize transformation metrics, Kaizen pipeline data, and Daily Performance Management (DPM) and transformation governance indicators.
Pilot and support the integration of AI tools and workflow automations (e.g., Atlassian Rovo, Copilot) to improve team efficiency.
Support Jira and Confluence governance, dashboard setups, and workflow standardization.
Contribute to our continuous improvement culture, maintain transformation standards, work with playbooks, and further develop best practices.
Help maintain standards, documentation, playbooks, and knowledge repositories in Confluence and Jira.
Your Profile
Education :
Currently enrolled student (m/f/d) in in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program such as (Business) Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Lean Management, Data Analytics or related disciplines.
Experience :
Strong analytical and structured way of working.
Interest and strong enthusiasm for Lean-Agile Transformation, Operational Excellence, Change Management, Continuous Improvement, Capability Building.
Affinity for data visualization, dashboarding, tool administration (Jira/Confluence), or interest in AI productivity tooling.
Experience with collaboration tools such as Confluence, Jira, SharePoint, or similar platforms is a plus.
First experience in corporate environment.
Personal skills:
Structured, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Outstanding presentation skills, able to convey complex data and information towards different stakeholder.
Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
A strong “getting things done” mindset, pragmatic thinking.
This role requires office presence in Berlin.
Language skills:
Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus.
