Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join the delivery function of a mid-sized, member-owned UK financial services organisation. This is a hands-on role working closely with business and IT stakeholders to define requirements and support successful change delivery. Job description Eliciting, analysing and documenting business and functional requirements; Facilitating stakeholder interviews and workshops; Translating business needs into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria; Analysing business processes, data and identifying improvement opportunities; Working closely with Project Managers, Product Owners and technology teams; Supporting solution design, testing, UAT and implementation; Managing requirements, dependencies and changes throughout delivery. Requirements 4 + years of hands-on Business Analysis experience; Experience delivering business and/or IT change projects; Strong requirements analysis, process mapping and stakeholder management skills; Basic SQL skills and confidence working with data; C1+ English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills; Confidence communicating with UK stakeholders, including senior colleagues; Ability to manage multiple priorities independently; Nice to have Financial services or other regulated-industry experience; Experience working in Agile/Scrum or hybrid environments; Experience with UAT, data analysis or technology-enabled change; Relevant BA or Agile certification. Salary: For employees: 3500 EUR to 5300 EUR monthly (gross). For contractors: 22 EUR to 33 EUR per hour (plus VAT).
